Retail Executive Jobs
A retail executive can be considered as an entry level job in the retail industry, although prior experience is preferred by most employers. The prime responsibility of a retail executive is customer relationship management. A retail executive should be skilled enough to cater to any kind of customers. A retail executive needs to be extremely attentive to customer needs and concerns, their complaints and queries, and also needs to provide them with timely solution. A retail executive should possess a thorough knowledge of products displayed in the retail establishment; should be vigilant enough to assess customer requirements and convey this to the store manager during stock procurement; and should maintain a customer database on regular basis.
A bachelor's degree is usually the minimum requirement for a retail executive job. A retail executive needs to be polite, courteous, and have good communication skills. Basic knowledge of computers is required. It is expected of a retail executive to ensure high level customer satisfaction on the floor.
