In addition to a heavy focus on retail analytics this role also produces standardized reporting for retail and client partners and leverages analytics in planning discussions with business partners for decision making. In this role you will partner with the client retail leadership, account team leaders, and retail partners owning the communication between the client and the retail team leadership.  As part of a team where analytics and insights are regarded as essential resources to the retail and commercial organizations this role champions the clientu2019s retail improvements via delivery of compelling business analysis and insights, reporting and communications. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilitiesn nSales Impact Analysis of retail execution of clientu2019s retail strategy that enables fact driven retail prioritization of activities by account.nn Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve sales performancen Quantify business opportunities and key drivers via analysis and create recommendations for retail team prioritizationn Lead planning discussions with client and retail management based on fact based analysis and insightsn Proactively develop business growth opportunities from data analysis and insights.nnReport Generation for Retail Teams and Clientnn Utilize customer and the company's retail data systems, extract raw data and post to clientu2019s data management platformsn Generate adhoc reporting needed by client or retail teamsn Delivers Hotlines and Field Insights to client and retail partnersnnPresentation Delivery and Communicationnn Responsible for creation and delivery of Monthly Retail Priorities communications to retail teams in alignment with client retail leadership including needed sales toolsn Create and Deliver presentations for planning and/or account meetings which include analytical insights of retail execution and recommendations for retail prioritization focusn Communicates with retail team for clarification of goals, expectations and responds to account questions from retail teamn Lead Field Agent Conference callsnnManage Ad-Hoc requests.nn Manage specific ad-hoc requests around business analysis, planning, new item introductions, eventsnnSupervisory ResponsibilitiesnDirect Reports- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reportsnIndirect Reports- This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reportsn nTravel and/or Driving Requirementsn- Travel and Driving are essential duties and function of this job - Travel up to 25%n nMinimum QualificationsnThe following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the jobEducation Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree Field of Study/Area of Experience: Analytics, Business Administration or Marketing - 1-2 years of experience as an analyst minimum requirement- Must have previous experience analyzing and identifying data u201ctrendsu201d - Consumer Products Industry experience is preferredn nSkills, Knowledge and Abilitiesnn Technically proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Microsoft SharePoint is preferredn Intermediate to advanced analytical and research Skillsn Knowledge of analytical concepts and methodologiesn Demonstrates curiosity about what drives business trends and customer behaviorsn Understanding and ability to conduct data extractionn 1-2 years of analysis experience required, prior sales experience in consumer products industry preferredn Strong written and verbal communication skillsn Strong presentation development and delivery skillsn Proven ability to work effectively with teams, strong communications and interpersonal skills including presentation and relationship building is essentialn Flexible and adaptable, able to quickly adjust according to changes in projects or business environmentn Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environmentn Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlinenn nEnvironmental & Physical RequirementsnOffice / Sedentary Requirements Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
