Home Services 3PL Manager
The Home Services 3PL Manager is directly responsible for driving home channel fulfillment consistency, efficiency and quality of work. This is completed by third-party partners in their assigned area through partnerships and direct management of employees.
Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with district/market partners, help define and outline a fulfillment strategy.
Ensures that direct employees are conducting appropriate validations of scopes of work and directives in support of business needs and Best Buy/Geek Squad strategy.
Validate that third-party partners are meeting or exceeding expected SLAs.
In the event SLAs are not being met, oversees action plans to overcome performance gaps.
Acts as escalation point of contact for third-party-partner needs. Resolves escalation resolutions.
Talent Acquisition and Employee Supervision
Conducts regular reviews with employees to develop them and close performance gaps.
Leads performance appraisals and makes pay recommendations.
Coaches and motivates a team to contribute to positive engagement for themselves and the team.
Provides input and engages in development of internal and external talent.
Communication
Communicates with third-party partners as needed to effectively support the client and the Best Buy and Geek Squad Strategies within their area.
Creates consistency in service execution
Protects and grows the brand internally and externally.
Provides a teachable point of view for new strategies, processes, procedures, business segments, and areas of focus.
Maintaining and owns pertinent partnerships (such as distribution center, retail and third-party provider) in support of driving business results and improving the client experience.
Reviews client escalations, addresses opportunities through direct communication with clients and business partners, strategic/operational planning, and performance management.
Partners with sales partners to ensure service solutions are sold right the first time (scope of work).
Acts as point of contact before, during, and after sales for questions regarding fulfillment.
Business Analysis:
Collaborates with third-party providers to meet or exceed productivity, client satisfaction, and business goals.
Monitors business trends and results on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Accountable for market KPI performance.
Ensures continuous improvement in operational effectiveness, intelligence and client experience.
Basic Qualifications
4 years of services, retail or related experience.
2 years of consumer electronics or appliances industry experience.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and facilitation)
Must be 21 years of age and have a current, valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience managing a remote workforce.
5 years of progressive Services, Retail or related experience.
3 years of retail management experience preferred.
1 year of management or leadership experience (e.g., leading a team or project).
Experience in a large global consumer-oriented business in the retail industry and/or a multi-channel/multi-brand business.
