Description:Wherever guests shop with us, we work hard to ensure their Target shopping trip is always frictionless, fun and rewarding. As an HR Team Leader, you are responsible for supporting other HR leaders and store team members in various aspects of HR including, but not limited to, staffing, scheduling, pay practices and training and development in support of business goals. You play a support role to the Leader on Duty (LOD) and all exempt leaders in the store in teaching, training and developing the store team members in delivering on all Target brand promises. You are also accountable for coaching and evaluating team members' performance.
Previous retail and/or HR experience preferred, but not required. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members. Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs. Able to work both independently and with a team. Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary.
