The Sr Manager of Platform Development and Operations will be responsible for operating and delivering capabilities related to infrastructure platforms and capabilities. This position will be responsible for managing a technical team that delivers solutions and business processes. This role will be responsible for supporting, evangelizing, and implementing platform capabilities. This position will interface with product customers, developers, infrastructure engineers, our architecture team to build platform capabilities.

This position will also carry a shared on-call 24x7 support phone responding to issues.

Basic Requirements:
8 or more years of technical experience with demonstrated progression of responsibilities
1 or more years of experience leading development teams (technical leadership, work direction, coaching, and mentoring)
Preferred Requirements:
4 or more years of experience working in development, infrastructure, or operations teams
2 or more years of experience developing with Ruby, Java, Python, Perl, PHP, or similar
3 or more years of interfacing with servers and/or virtual infrastructure (Windows, Linux and/or VMware, AWS, Azure)
Bachelors in Computer Science
DevOps experience and mindset
Experience with Infrastructure Automation
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Self-starter
Comfortable in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with conflicting priorities
Experience with Agile Development
