: Xylem seeks to hire a Parts Coordinator. The Parts Coordinator will perform stockroom activities related to receiving, storing, and shipment of parts. Emphasis is placed on error free, safe, quality work. Assist other stockroom areas when workload allows.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
Correctly place incoming stock.
Pull parts to a pick list for parts and pump orders.
Package and ship parts and warehouse orders.
Receive incoming freight from vendors.
Maintain inventory records accurately on the system.
Perform daily cycle counts.
Monitor backlog of work and request assistance as required.
Support and comply with all safety and 5S requirements related to the position.
Perform other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of stockroom related experience, including a minimum of 90 days Xylem experience.
Must be competent in material handling using forklifts and cranes.
Ability to perform successfully in the stockroom (internal and external stocking areas) and shipping and receiving.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong communications and teamwork skills.

Subjected to noisy environment requires wearing of ear plugs.
